Wuppertal, Januaray 2014 - Individual wall design has always been the focus of Erfurt & Sohn's innovation work. With the launch of
Erfurt non-woven, the specialist in paintable and functional wall coverings succeeded in setting new benchmarks in terms of quality, handling
and cost-effectiveness. Its decorative portfolio ranges from a fabric-like feel to rustic plaster textures and graphic designs. Now two new
fashionable textures have been added to the extensive range.
Erfurt-Vliesfaser 791, the new striking grid pattern texture and Erfurt-Vliesfaser 792, the new natural linen look, give walls an individual
appearance. There are simply no limits to creativity, as non-woven wallpapers can also be painted over with any paint you wish. The new textures
are just as abrasion-proof as the classics and, after a coat of paint, look resplendent with the perfect result.
This is due to the positive properties of the material. The high-quality 100% non-woven wall covering is extremely durable, dimensionally
stable and covers cracks. It is not just extremely hard-wearing, but also easy to handle. It can be hung on walls with non-woven adhesive using
the paste the wall technique, without the need for a soaking time, and neither expands nor shrinks. The reason for this is the breathable
combination of materials, consisting of cellulose and textile fibres, which also stands out by being moisture-regulating. And if you want to
change the design of your walls again at a later date, the lengths can simply be removed dry from the wall with ease.
And, regardless of whether you opt for the new textures or the proven classics, the "Oeko-Tex Standard 100" seal certifies the harmlessness
of all Erfurt non-woven products with regard to their allergenic, carcinogenic or suspected carcinogenic substances. The textured non-woven
wall coverings from the Wuppertal-based company are free from PVC, plasticisers hazardous to health, vinyl or similar foamed plastics. More
